On offer is a role where you will work closely with existing clients, providing consultative solutions on HVAC system upgrades, retrofits, and energy-efficient design-build projects. You will receive hands-on training through a structured onboarding plan, including shadowing senior engineers and working alongside leadership to develop both technical and commercial expertise.

This role would suit an HVAC Engineer or early-career Sales Engineer looking for long-term stability, technical development, and the opportunity to grow into a key figure within a collaborative and supportive business.

The Role:

• Consult with existing clients on HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and energy-efficient solutions
• Conduct site surveys, perform load calculations, and prepare project estimates
• Develop and present consultative sales proposals for design-build and retrofit projects
• Structured training plan with senior leadership and ongoing development

The Candidate:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• 1-3 years' experience within HVAC & mechanical systems
• Experience with load calculations and system design fundamentals
• Strong communication skills with an interest in client-facing / sales engineering
