Sales Associate
Join our team at Volkswagen of Newnan as a Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving vehicle sales. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our latest Volkswagen models, and assist them throughout the purchasing process to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present and demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and their features to potential buyers
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations
- Assist customers in the sales process, including test drives and financing options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and dealership policies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to support dealership growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
