Weekend State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) - Full-Time Opportunity

Friday, Saturday & Sunday | $20/hour | $3.00/hour bonus for program

Job Summary:

As a Weekend State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA), you will play a vital role in our nursing team, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and providing emotional support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide personal care, including toileting, ambulation, and feeding

• Assist with medication administration and recording vital signs

• Support residents with mobility and balance issues, using assistive devices as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and families
