We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor! As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes—guiding your team and maintaining clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance. You will train and support team members to drive performance and consistency. You will lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness. You will respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly. You will monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness. You will maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.

Qualifications: Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and leadership skills. Ability to train, motivate, and support a team. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
