What you will have an opportunity to do Join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor with a highly motivated, guest-focused mindset. Use your engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. Assist guests during check-in, register guests, and be a source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Your Role Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests. Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and establish accurate information. Help resolve problems and recover with guests when things aren’t perfect. Promote and sell special hotel programs. Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and assist other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Maintain house bank; generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports. Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with attention to detail. Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Assist other departments as needed. What are we looking for? Must have the ability to work the overnight hours. High attention to detail; a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong desire to make an impact on other people with an outgoing and engaging personality. Computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift. Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Compensation and Equal Opportunity Compensation: actual ranges vary by location and experience.
