We’re seeking an experienced and engaged  RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, support high-quality patient care, and empower a team of nursing professionals to thrive. In this role, you’ll serve as a key leader on the unit, balancing clinical expertise with staff development, operational oversight, and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership and serve as a resource to nursing staff. 

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. 

• Oversee daily staffing, workflow, and patient-care activities to support safe and efficient operations. 

• Promote adherence to clinical standards, regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices. 

• Monitor quality and patient-care outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 

• Support staff through clinical challenges, patient-care escalations, and complex situations. 

 

Education and Qualifications:  

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. 

• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.
