Nations Roof is seeking an early-career Project Manager interested in building a long-term career in commercial construction. This position offers hands-on training and exposure to the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction planning through final closeout.

This positions reports to the Springboro, OH office daily. Must have current residency for consideration. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Construction Management graduate or someone with 1–3 years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with managing multiple commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and material requirements.
• Participate in project handoff and preconstruction meetings.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and project schedules.
• Track job costs, purchase orders, project documentation, and work-in-progress updates.
• Review plans, specifications, and project takeoffs.
• Communicate with customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments.
• Visit project sites to monitor safety, quality, progress, and schedule compliance.
• Support final inspections, project closeout, and warranty documentation.
• Assist with job walks, estimating, and smaller service projects as needed.
• Help build strong customer relationships that support repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• One to three years of commercial roofing or similar commercial construction project management experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of construction plans and specifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or other construction management software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn commercial roofing systems, project financials, and field operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 , depending on experience.
