Position Title: Guest Logistics

Type of Position: Full-time

Rate of Pay: Hourly ( $16 - $18 )

Location: Huntsville, Texas

Job Overview: The Guest Logistics position is responsible for managing the group retreat calendar at Forest Glen Camps and Retreats. This position is typically the first point of contact a group member has with Forest Glen and as such they must maintain a positive customer experience. This position is a part of the Programs team and works directly with other members of the team to create a positive retreat reflective of Forest Glen's mission.

Responsibilities and Duties:

? Responds to all inquiries received through calls or email and book groups as needed? Answers phone calls that go to Forest Glen's main telephone number? Keeps in contact via email and phone with all groups that are registered and all incoming inquiries? Maintains and updates group data on our booking system CampBrain

? Coordinates with groups to create schedules for retreats? Generate monthly reports using data gathered from our booking system CampBrain? Reports directly to Programs Director? Any and all other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience? Previous ministry experience preferred

? Well organized, and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
