Join our team in Alachua, Florida as a Warehouse Clerk, where you'll play a key role in receiving, organizing, and moving materials that support the production of high-quality drilling rigs used around the world. Your work helps ensure critical resources are delivered efficiently and safely, fueling industries and moving progress forward.What You'll Do:Sorts, records, labels, stores, and distributes incoming partsTransports parts to designated locationsAccurately records parts and shipment informationInspects incoming packagesTroubleshoots and resolves warehouse-related issuesMaintains a clean, safe, and organized work environmentHandles hazardous materials appropriatelyDevelops working knowledge of core warehouse functionsGains familiarity with Rig and Aftermarket shippingPerforms additional tasks assignedAdheres to all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements outlined in the Sandvik Alachua Integrated Management System (IMS).What You BringAuthorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.High school diploma or GED required.Working knowledge of computer programs (LEAN, PPG, Microsoft Office Suite)Proficient at Receiving, Shelving, Picking, Physical Cycle Count, Physical Rig Return, and Issue LogAbility to grasp and be open-minded to modern technology and changes, as well as to prioritize multiple projects.Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness and ability to work overtime.Physical & Safety RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workdayFrequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhy Join Us?Starting Pay Range: $18 to $20/hour based on experience + bonus opportunity.Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, disability, and 401(k)Parental leave of up to 14 weeks offOpportunities for training, development, and career growthA collaborative and supportive work culture that values safety, quality, and continuous improvementApply today and bring your skills to a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.Sandvik is an equal-opportunity employer.
