We invite you to join our team as a Respiratory Therapist, where your expertise can truly make a difference in the lives of our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care: Conduct routine treatments including IPPB, nebulizers, oxygen delivery, and chest physiotherapy (percussion, drainage, suctioning).Critical Care: Set up, operate, and monitor mechanical ventilators; ensure adequate ventilation during CPR and emergency situations.Diagnostics: Perform arterial punctures and blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, and EKG/EEG procedures as required.Patient Management: Review patient charts, document treatments legibly, and communicate effectively with physicians and the clinical team regarding patient status.Maintenance: Process, clean, and package RT equipment for sterilization; maintain departmental cleanliness and monitor crash cart supplies.Compliance: Abide by all state/federal regulations and hospital policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
