Achieve sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff. Complete company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Achieve financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses. Maintain salon stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements. Manage and assign tasks to ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, well‑kept, and customer ready. Establish rapport with customers and build loyalty and long‑term relationships. Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment. Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits. Safeguard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in retail/customer service environment. Ability to effectively influence others. Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day). Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance. Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Compensation Base pay of $12.35 - $15.00+ per hour with up to 12% commission and monthly bonus program.
