Grand Design is currently sourcing a Manufacturing Safety Director. As the Manufacturing Safety Director you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and oversight of Grand Design's & Winnebago Towables environmental, health, and safety programs. This role emphasizes long‑term prevention of injuries and incidents by leading the organization's Risk Mitigation and Safety by Design activities while ensuring our oval regulatory compliance. Role will have a cross‑functional partnership with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to advance our Zero Harm culture across all facilities.Our StoryFounded in 2012, Grand Design has become one of the fastest-growing RV brands in history and is consistently rated among the highest quality RV manufacturers in North America.
