This position will serve as a key partner to both finance and operations, helping maintain costing accuracy, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional seeking broader business exposure and a clear path for long-term career advancement.Key responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing standard costs, monitoring inventory valuation and performing inventory reconciliations, analyzing production, labor, and inventory variances, reconciling inventory and metal accounts, supporting cycle counts and physical inventories, performing month-end close activities and journal entries, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, supporting internal and external audit processes, conducting product costing and profitability analysis, partnering with operations teams to improve reporting and decision-making, and developing financial analysis to support business performance.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, 2+ years of manufacturing, cost accounting, or inventory accounting experience preferred, strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting principles, experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, advanced Excel skills preferred, and ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams.
