We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to ensure our kitchen maintains the highest standards of hygiene and organization, supporting our culinary team in providing outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dish racks, and surrounding surfaces
• Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall sanitation efforts
• Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during service hours

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service is a plus
