Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Billing and Data Associate to support reconciliation and billing-related initiatives during a period of operational transition. This role focuses on reviewing financial data, resolving outstanding balances, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies across billing and receivable data
• Track and follow up on outstanding balances through documented outreach and correspondence
• Support billing activities in coordination with multiple internal teams
• Prepare and maintain reports related to revenue, billing activity, and collections
• Review data for accuracy and completeness prior to system or process transitions
• Maintain organized documentation and adhere to established procedures
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve open items

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Power BI experience a plus
