Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at our Lindstrom, MN location.
Responsibilities include:- Daily troubleshooting of production floor issues.
- Non-Conforming Material management - quarantine/disposition/reworking as applicable.
- Measurement experience is necessary, helpful to have experience with basic measurement tools (calipers), Keyence/OGP Vision Systems, Color Eye
- Product/Process Support documentation creation and inspection process development/improvement
- Calibration; All duties including scheduling, coordinating, performing, and record keeping.
- Receiving Inspection - setup, performing, record keeping
- Creating Certs for finished products, SPC data, CoC & CoA data.
- Quality Support (PPAP, FAIs, NCM, CAPA, Quality Alerts, Pictures)
- Must have ISO 9001 quality system and blueprint reading experience.
- Computer experience necessary - helpful to have experience in Excel, IQMS, Minitab, Customer-Specific internet-based portals
- Operator / QC Personnel Training
- Quality Inspector Backup
- Quality Control: 2 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
