Respiratory Registered Nurse (RN)

Avon Place is currently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Respiratory Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The primary focus of this full-time position is to complete patient assessments, determine need, provide appropriate respiratory treatments, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate respiratory status and determine medical need.

• Develop and carry out appropriate treatment plans in accordance with provider orders, clinical protocols, and standards of care.

• Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient response.

• Document assessments, treatments, outcomes, and changes in condition accurately and promptly.

• Communicate findings and coordinate care with providers, patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Follow all safety, infection-control, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills.

• Respiratory care experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
