HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Position Summary We're seeking a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations, building relationships, and solving workforce challenges. This role combines recruiting with day-to-day HR support to strengthen a manufacturing operation and create a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner to manufacturing leaders, supervisors, and employees. Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and other positions across Kentucky. Coach managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and corrective action. Coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS records, and manage daily HR activities. Identify workforce challenges and partner with operations to implement practical solutions. What Success Looks Like Strong relationships with leaders and employees. Timely hiring and a consistent, responsive recruiting process. Supervisors who confidently and effectively address employee concerns. Workforce issues identified and resolved proactively. HR recognized as a valuable partner in operational success. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment. Strong employee relations and full-cycle recruiting experience. Ability to advise operations leaders and navigate difficult employee situations. A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and balances planning with hands-on execution.
