Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Pacific Mind Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding outpatient psychiatry team in West Los Angeles . We're also open to experienced Physician Assistants with 1+ years of outpatient psychiatry experience . About the Job Pacific Mind Health is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHMP) or Physician Assistant (PA) as we expand our outpatient practice throughout Southern California. You'll care for adolescents (12+) and adults in a modern outpatient practice focused on compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population through patient evaluations Determine a differential diagnosis and plan for intervention that adheres to an ethical medication management practice. Provide excellent top quality patient focused care in an empathetic and supportive treatment environment Document care provided, meeting standards for chart reviews. Utilize proper counseling techniques, interpersonal communication, interview techniques, conflict resolutions.
