Role Overview Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for federal customers, partnering with leadership and business stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps and architect scalable platform solutions. What You Will Do Partner with key leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into ServiceNow platform strategies, lead discovery workshops, and design enterprise-wide ServiceNow architectures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 5+ years ServiceNow implementation/consulting experience 2+ years in architect or senior technical role Demonstrated expertise across 3+ ServiceNow modules Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and system integration patterns Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations Customer Service oriented and team collaborator Must have current or have the ability to obtain required Security Clearance and base access ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - multiple modules ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred Additional certifications in specialized modules (ITOM, ITAM, Workflow, etc.) Benefits Comprehensive benefits options 11 Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement plan Flexible Spending Accounts Critical Illness Hospital Indemnity Employee Assistance Programs Group Accident #J-18808-Ljbffr
