Full Stack Developer

Role Description

This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our technology and innovation team, focused on building modern custom applications for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be hands-on across front-end and back-end development, comfortable designing and integrating APIs, and proficient in using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability and experience mentoring developers in a fully remote environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications.
• Build intuitive and responsive front-end experiences using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Develop robust back-end services using Node.js, Python, Java, or comparable technologies.
• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and other enterprise integrations.
• Integrate applications with ERP, CRM, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
• Use AI coding tools and modern AI-assisted development practices to accelerate design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Firebase, MongoDB, or similar platforms.
• Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
• Participate across the complete development lifecycle—from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, architects, functional consultants, and other developers.
• Develop clean, reusable, secure, and well-documented code.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on full stack development experience.
• Excellent front-end and back-end development skills.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of databases, application architecture, authentication, security, and performance.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent coding discipline and ability to independently deliver working applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Experience with GCP, Firebase, PostgreSQL, enterprise system integrations, SAP APIs/BTP, Generative AI/LLM integrations, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native application development.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, production-ready enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and end-to-end development skills, with the ability to work across technologies rather than being limited to a single technology or framework.
• Experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications in a collaborative team environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and Generative AI to improve development speed, code quality, problem-solving, and engineering productivity while maintaining strong software engineering fundamentals.
