Location: Waldorf, MD 20602 Job Type: Full-Time (4 days/week) or Part-Time (3 days/week)
Summary
A well-established, technology-driven private dental practice that has proudly served the Waldorf, Maryland community for over 30 years. As a PPO and fee-for-service practice, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced dentistry, a collaborative team environment, and a patient-first approach.
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient relationships, and continued professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a loyal patient base and a consistent flow of new patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine restorative and preventive dental procedures
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Qualifications
Required
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Maryland Dental License in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate General Dentistry experience
- Ability to commute to Waldorf, MD
- Commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence
Preferred
- Experience in a PPO and fee-for-service practice
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- No weekends
- No on-call requirements
Patient Volume
- Approximately 8-10 patients per day
- Mixed-age patient population
