As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Position: Operating Director (Full Time), Fredericksburg, TX Benefits Competitive starting salary 20% quarterly cash profit share Initial corporate training & ongoing corporate support while you develop professionally Paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance on top of a competitive starting salary & profit sharing Company‑provided car, paid gas, and cell phone stipend Unlimited PTO Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch while receiving ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities. In‑home assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management: Oversee office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements. Cultivate culture: Create a workplace of choice, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone for team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leader with previous experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Wants to leave behind the typical structured, 8‑5 desk job.
