Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:


Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced, critical environment. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to facility policies and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to deliver immediate care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient response and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document clinical findings, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Follow strict attendance policies, including managing punctuality and absences.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license verified through LARA and Nursys.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience required.
• Certification in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS (AHA) required.
• Ability to complete a skills checklist within one year of application.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in emergency settings.
