Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• High School completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1+ year of recent experience working as a licensed RRT required. 1+ years of ICU experience required. Previous experience with ventilators required.

Required Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.

Special Requests: Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualify clinicians from proceeding.

Unit Details: Hospital-based role providing respiratory care for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies, including diagnostic evaluation, intubation assistance, and ventilator set-up and management.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. No on-call required.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to adult ICU areas, intermediate care, and basic intermediate care floor.

7 days maximum time off
