Truck Driver Recruiter

Join Bravo Trans LLC as a Truck Driver Recruiter in Orlando, FL (onsite) and support the talent acquisition team with full-cycle hiring for qualified truck drivers. This role helps build reliable recruiting pipelines that keep operations staffed while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. What you’ll do Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract truck drivers through multiple channels, including social media marketing , job boards , and industry events . You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing candidate relationship management. Track applicant flow and maintain accurate records using talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) , including generating recruitment reports . You will also build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, ensuring consistent engagement and collaboration to meet hiring goals. This position includes high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining HR legal compliance related to employment law and labor regulations. You will lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in training & development programs that strengthen talent pipelines for future growth. You will also negotiate employment offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment law in talent management. What you bring Proven expertise in negotiation , talent management , and full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment Strong interviewing skills , with experience in technical recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies Proficiency with HR and recruiting systems, including Kronos , UltiPro , and ATS platforms Excellent communication skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and external partners Knowledge of employment & labor law relevant to talent acquisition and employee relations practices Ability to manage relationship management initiatives across internal teams and external agencies Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment) to strengthen employer branding Experience in HR legal compliance , including employee orientation, employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development programs Compensation and work setup Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Bravo Trans LLC
