Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist

Job Summary:
The Oracle Technical Specialist - Journeyman is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions including Planning, Financial Close & Consolidation, and Narrative Reporting. This role involves integrating these solutions with PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP systems to meet the needs of Federal and State government clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop Groovy business rules, Planning forms, and workflows for financials, workforce, and project management.
- Build Narrative Reporting reports and doclets for annual financial and budget book reporting.
- Configure Financial Close & Consolidation modules with Oracle ERP General Ledger integration.
- Develop EPM RestAPI solutions using Groovy, Python, and EPM Automate for data ETL processes.
- Support data integrations using FDMEE and data management across ERP, PeopleSoft, and PPM modules.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with Oracle Support and maintain planning artifacts throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience with Oracle Budget Applications including Hyperion, EPM Cloud, EPBCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- 8+ years of experience in EPM Cloud/EPBCS financials, workforce, project modules, ERP budgetary control, and PPM.
- 8+ years of experience with Financial Close & Consolidation for annual reporting.
- 8+ years of experience developing Groovy business rules, REST APIs, and EPM Automate scripting.
- 8+ years of Python scripting experience related to EPM Automate.
- 8+ years of experience with FDMEE and ERP Cloud/PeopleSoft integration.
- Participation in 3 or more large Hyperion/EPM Cloud implementations at the State or Federal government level.
- Experience with EPM Cloud/EPBCS workforce, Financial Close, Narrative Reporting, Groovy, Python, and ERP PPM modules.
- Additional certifications or training related to Oracle EPM Cloud or associated technologies.
- Work will be performed in a government environment requiring adherence to security and compliance standards.
- May require coordination with Oracle Support and adherence to strict software development lifecycle processes.
- Location: Washington, DC
- Duration: 5 Months contract
