Join a mission-driven Non-Profit organization as a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced, temp-to-hire role. This position is ideal for those who enjoy active work and are looking to gain long-term stability and trade skills.
The Essentials:
- Pay & Hours: $18/hr. Second shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), with mandatory overtime until the job is done (averaging 45–48 hours per week).
- The Environment: A cold-storage facility with temperatures ranging from -10°ree;F to 38°ree;F .
- Key Duties: You will be responsible for off-loading freight, building and shrink-wrapping pallets, stocking shelves, and pulling orders. You’ll also operate pallet jacks and order pickers to load outbound trucks.
What You Bring:
- At least 6 months of recent warehouse experience.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in freezing temperatures.
- A reliable work ethic and a "finish the job" mentality.
