Gojob is hiring a Forklift Driver in McDonough, GA for a global logistics company. Reach lift experience required, but ability to operate various forklifts preferred (reach, dock stocker, electric pallet jack, and pacer). Jungheinrich Forklift experience strongly preferred.

Pay rate: $18.75 - $19.25 / hr

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5am-3:30pm, Mon-Thu
• 2nd Shift: 2pm-2:30am, Mon-Thu
• Weekend: 5am - 5:30pm, Fri-Sat

Responsibilities:

• Pick inventory, count cargo, product and material and hand stage and load goods
• Use of manual equipment such as hand truck or pallet jack.
• Prepare and assemble orders, move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage
• Manage sorting and placement of materials or items on racks, shelves, pallets or in bins
• Complete or verify appropriate forms, documents, labels and other information to ensure the accuracy of inventory
• Monitor and track material and successful receiving and/or delivery of goods
• Operate hand tools to close or open bales, build or tear down crates, and other containers or material
• Develop and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift Certification within 3 to 6 months of hire if required
• Valid state issued driver’s license preferred
• Capable of operating hand and power tools and performing manual tasks
• Basic proficiency in operating a computer
• Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs
• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents
