Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to float to nearby facility

• Floating to nearby facility may be required
