Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment.
• Enter, update, and maintain order information within internal systems.
• Verify pricing, inventory availability, shipping details, and customer information to ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order status, questions, and updates.
• Provide administrative support to management and office staff.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Perform accurate data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including invoice entry, purchase orders, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
• Utilize QuickBooks to support daily accounting and bookkeeping functions.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
• Complete additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in order processing, bookkeeping, accounting, or a related administrative role.
• QuickBooks experience is required.
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the fashion, retail, wholesale, or consumer products industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management or order fulfillment systems.
