A reputable plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to handle complex medical negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through trial.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
• Meet court deadlines and manage case documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona law license.
• 7–10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
• Strong deposition, litigation, and trial preparation skills.
