Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

Make a meaningful impact by bringing high-quality, patient-centered care directly to patients where they live. As a Mobile Nurse Practitioner, you ll provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex patients in their homes and through virtual visits throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000 $178,000 base salary + performance bonus

Qualifications:

• MSN from an accredited program and current NP certification
• At least 1 year of NP or equivalent advanced practice experience
• Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses
• Ability to travel throughout assigned areas of Los Angeles and Orange County
