Early Childhood Program Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole)

Job Details Job Location: Healthy Beginnings East - WPB - West Palm Beach, FL 33406 Position Overview The Early Childhood Program Manager oversees the coordination, implementation, and performance of early childhood programs, including the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referral process and Safe Sleep operations. This individual is responsible for assisting the Director of Prevention Services with ensuring effective, family-centered service delivery. This role supports Navigation Department services such as safe sleep resources, payor assistance, medical home connections, and food access, while serving as the primary liaison to the ELC. The manager supervises staff, monitors trends and barriers, and collaborates with leadership to strengthen communication, improve referral pathways, and enhance timely access to services for families. Here’s what the job involves Oversee the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referral process, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of services and maintaining strong community partnerships. Manage Safe Sleep program operations, including service delivery, resource distribution, and community outreach. Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across assigned early childhood programs and support Navigation Department services, including safe sleep education, payor assistance, medical home connections, and food assistance referrals. Monitor referral trends, identify barriers to service access, and provide recommendations to improve program performance and client outcomes. Supervise, coach, and support assigned staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and staff retention. Promote collaboration across internal teams and external partners to strengthen referral pathways, improve communication, and increase timely access to family-centered services. Lead and participate in program trainings, workshops, meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with program, contractual, and organizational requirements. Maintain required program documentation and support quality assurance efforts to ensure services align with Healthy Beginnings and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's in Business or related Human Services Field required Minimum of two (2) years of experience in early childhood, maternal and child health, social services, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience with early childhood systems program coordination, data monitoring, and collaboration with community partners is required; familiarity with compliance and quality improvement processes is preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills. Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish and/or Creole required. Must be 21 years or older Valid Florida's driver's license is required.
