Compassionate RBT: Flexible Part-Time ABA Therapist

Registered Behavior Technician Reports to: Clinical Coordinator, supported by BCBA; position is non‑exempt. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Your commitment to providing high‑quality behavioral therapy will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Benefits Competitive rate based on experience. Clinic hours: 8 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Part‑time availability (20–30 hours), primarily Monday–Friday and rotating Saturday mornings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, including positive reinforcement techniques and data collection. Work one‑on‑one with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed while following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client behavior and progress. Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent support and communication. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Uphold the ethical guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
