Phlebotomist

Overview Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility in Herndon, VA 20171. This is a 3-month assignment (possible extension or conversion) with a pay rate of $21.00–$22.00/hour. Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Location: Herndon, VA 20171 Duration: 3–4 months contract with possible extension Responsibilities Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction. Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures. Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards. Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs. Qualifications 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections). 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (preferred). Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (preferred). Keyboarding/data entry experience (preferred).
