About the Role:
We are seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The STNA will play a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of our guests by providing high-quality, personalized care and support. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by licensed nurses Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Requirements:
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer:
