Field Support Coordinator

Senior Helpers of Dayton is looking for a reliable, flexible, and experienced Field Support Coordinator to support both our clients and caregiving team in the field. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to frequent schedule changes, and is passionate about providing high-quality care and leadership support. Responsibilities Provide initial care for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and quality care Cover shifts in caregiver call-out situations until permanent coverage is assigned Assist with Start of Care (SOC) visits and client introductions Meet caregivers in the field to provide support, training, and skill evaluations Ensure caregivers are following the Plan of Care (POC) Complete documentation, progress notes, and incident reports Assist with office duties when needed, including answering phones and relaying information to management Participate in on-call rotation one week per month Support daily operations and complete additional tasks assigned by management Requirements STNA Certification REQUIRED Reliable transportation REQUIRED Must be willing and able to drive up to 100 miles per day Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment Weekend availability as needed Schedule Flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 40-hour work week required Typical schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM unless otherwise directed Benefits Competitive pay: $15-$20/hour Bonus Program Supportive team environment Growth opportunities If you are dependable, adaptable, and passionate about helping others, we would love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Senior Helpers
