What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications-related location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests according to site-specific access procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, calls, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
