Your Role:
Provide activities focused on entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents
Assist with planning, scheduling, and leading daily activities and events
Support the preparation and distribution of activity calendars and resident documentation
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Encourage participation and create enthusiasm for activities
Help support residents’ emotional, social, and recreational well-being
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Who We’re Looking For:
CNA certification preferred, but not required
One year of related experience preferred, especially in long-term care
Creative, dependable, and motivated team player
Passionate about working with seniors and encouraging resident engagement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to quality resident care
