Frost Periodontics & Dental Implants: Surgical Dental Assistant

Seeking applicants with excellent computer skills, customer service, the ability to multi-task & implement office protocols. The ideal candidate uses positive & friendly communication, has teamwork and a professional attitude, is organized and self-motivated. ~32+ hour work week, paid vacation & holidays, health stipend, bonuses and retirement plan. Applicants without dental experience will NOT be considered. Compensation negotiable.

Daily activities include:
- Direct patient care: greet & seat patients, triage, oral hygiene instructions, post-op instructions, Q&A
- Using digital technologies to include digital impressions & CBCT
- Assisting doctor with dental and surgical procedures
- Prepare & breakdown operatories
- Sterilization & organization of equipment
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering
- Answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, calling pre-op & post-op
- Assistance with writing reports to referring doctors on patient treatment status
- Providing support for the doctor and other staff members
- Managing & distributing correspondence via email
*Radiology certification is required.

Hours:
Monday: 7:15am-5:30pm
Tuesday: 7:15am- 5:30pm
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 7:15am- 5:30pm
Friday: 7:15am-2pm
*No weekends
