Every project is unique, every day brings new challenges, and every design you create has a real-world impact.If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with talented engineers, and seeing your designs come to life on the manufacturing floor, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll DoDesign custom stainless steel process equipment using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.Create 3D models, fabrication drawings, piping layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Quality from concept through production.Interpret customer specifications and transform them into precision-engineered solutions.Support manufacturing, participate in design reviews, and drive continuous improvement.What You BringAssociate degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.Experience with 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).Strong mechanical drafting skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A passion for learning, problem-solving, and creating innovative solutions.Bonus Points ForAutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor experienceERP/BOM/ECN experience (Syteline preferred)ASME/BPE knowledgeLean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experienceWhy ABEC?Design equipment that supports the production of life-changing medicines.Work on exciting, custom projects—not the same design over and over.Collaborate with industry experts in a growing global company.Enjoy outstanding benefits, career growth, and a culture built on innovation and teamwork.Your next design could help manufacture the next breakthrough therapy!
