Requirements:

• Active Texas SLP License
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school-based caseload experience preferred
• Experience with elementary-aged students and IEP development
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, direct/indirect therapy, and IEP support onsite
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students across two sites
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality documentation
• Participate fully in team meetings and student planning sessions
