For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.This position is based on site in Arvada, Colorado and offers a collaborative work environment with a 9/80 schedule, including every other Friday off (Formal schedule is M-Th, 7:00am – 4:00pm; every other Fri 7:00am – 3:00pm).**To be considered for this Senior Program Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.* 5+ years of program management experience within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.* Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.* High level of financial acumen with experience managing program budgets, forecasting, and overall program performance.* Demonstrated accountability and risk management experience, including identifying, mitigating, and resolving program risks.* Ability to manage multiple complex programs while balancing cost, scope, schedule, and customer expectations.**It would be great if you also had:*** PMP Certification.* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.* Experience working with DoD customers and knowledge of DoD contractual requirements.* MBA or advanced degree in a business or technical discipline.* Experience managing aerospace or defense manufacturing programs.**As our Senior Program Manager, you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for:*** Managing all aspects of assigned programs from contract award through final delivery.* Serving as the primary customer interface and fostering strong relationships with customers throughout program execution.* Maintaining accountability for program cost, scope, schedule, performance, and customer satisfaction.* Leading cross-functional teams to successfully execute program objectives and deliverables.* Monitoring program financial performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities while driving corrective actions when needed.* Coordinating internal resources and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent programs.* Developing and maintaining program schedules, milestones, and reporting metrics using program management best practices.* Identifying, managing, and mitigating technical, cost, and schedule risks throughout program lifecycles.* Leading customer reviews, program reviews, and executive status updates while communicating program performance and recovery plans as necessary.* Supporting proposal activities, negotiations, and program planning efforts for new business opportunities**In return, we care for you by providing incredible “work perks” including:*** **Financial Rewards**: Great compensation package, bonus opportunities, matching 401k and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts* **Work/Life Balance**: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance* **Health & Wellbeing**: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages* **Professional Skills Development**: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs* **Collaborative and Welcoming Culture**: Warm, respectful, family-like environment rooted in our 12 core values. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
