Lead Web Developer

We are seeking a Lead Web Developer who will be responsible for creating, testing, editing, and maintaining dynamic content for client websites to support business goals. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to evolve website strategy, enhance user experiences, drive brand awareness, and support lead generation efforts. You will take charge of developing and publishing new content, optimizing digital experiences, and ensuring web development best practices are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Develop a content strategy aligned with both short-term and long-term marketing goals. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to plan, create, and implement site content, styles, and layouts. Website Maintenance: Build, edit, and maintain engaging and up-to-date content across client websites. Digital Best Practices: Implement web development best practices to enhance the digital user journey and improve site performance. Content Creation & Publishing: Create and publish high-quality, engaging content, ensuring consistency across platforms. Brand Consistency: Liaise with content writers and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure content supports the overall brand message. SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engine visibility and traffic growth. CMS & Analytics: Use content management systems (CMS) to track website traffic and analyze user engagement metrics. Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of content across online channels and social media to increase website traffic and user engagement. Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure that all website content is error-free and follows brand guidelines. Required Skills: Content Authoring Experience: Proven work experience as a Content Author, with strong writing and editing skills. Web Programming Expertise: Proficient in web programming, with in-depth knowledge of modern HTML and CSS. CMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , as well as familiarity with MS Office and WordPress . Programming Languages: Familiarity with at least one programming language such as ASP.net or JavaScript . SEO Knowledge: Expertise in search engine optimization and understanding of web traffic metrics. Social Media Familiarity: Awareness of social media content policies and how to align website content for broader digital strategies. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all digital outputs.
