Our menu showcases a fusion of traditional American BBQ with a warped twist, naturally. We're not afraid to experiment, yet our menu is approachable enough to please any palate. We combine the time-honored smoking techniques with the same quality & care of our beers, and we think that's what makes us stand out. But, we're not just any restaurant – we're a gathering place & experience. Whether you're a smoked meat aficionado or just starting your culinary journey – our warped take on tradition promises an experience that transcends the ordinary.
Summary
Join our team as a Host and be the welcoming face of our establishment. As a Host, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. We're seeking friendly and organized individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting guests and escorting to tables
- Answering phone calls while keeping the host area cleaned and well stocked
- Performing restroom checks and cleaning duties
- Ongoing monitoring of workflow and guest needs
- Delivering excellent hospitality to each and every guest
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Assist with ongoing cleaning and sanitation
- Bussing tables as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior beverage, restaurant, and/or hospitality industry experience a plus
- Ability to work on foot and moving for entirety of shift
- Highly motivated to learn and follow instruction
- Ability to work in close quarters and keep pace during high volume shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from workplace
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work unconventional hours – nights & weekends required
- Self-motivation, high energy attitude, and sense of urgency
