Client Support Representative - Non Exempt

Job Title

Broker Dealer Client Support (Primary Focus): Serve as the main point of contact for Broker Dealer clients, handling daily inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.

RIA Client Support (Secondary Focus): Assist RIA clients with inquiries related to brokerage services, account support, and platform navigation.

Client Coaching & Guidance: Coach clients who have varying levels of system access, advising on next steps and directing them to appropriate internal partners when needed.

Issue Ownership & Escalation: Own requests end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up, proper escalation, and clear communication.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a connector across internal teams to drive resolution for both Client and RIA client needs.

Day To Day Responsibilities

Assisting our registered investment advisory (RIA) clients is opening new brokerage accounts, funds transfers, brokerage account maintenance and platform/web navigation.

Role involves receiving phone calls and email inquiries from existing clients and assisting (often over a multi-day period) to provide complete and accurate resolution in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Strong organizational and relationship skills, plus the ability to handle complex tasks calmly and thoroughly, a must.

Qualifications

13 years of experience in Finance or the Brokerage industry

Experience supporting Broker Dealer clients or working in brokerage operations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and escalations

Clear, professional communication skills

Proven ability to analyze complex data

Nice-To-Haves

Working knowledge of new account opening and account transfers in brokerage securities industry

Previous experience working with an Independent RIA firm.

Limited history of moving from job to job (stability factor)

Exposure to both Broker Dealer and RIA environments

Ability to work autonomously and self-direct learning

Comfort operating across multiple processes and systems

Additional Information

Duration: 6+ month contract opportunity

Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Lake Mary, FL office

Rate Range: $20-25/hr. W2 (based on experience)
