These positions support our nation's Veterans through high-quality, compassionate, and professional patient care.Shift DetailsDay shifts only – start times may vary between:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM6:30 AM – 3:00 PM7:00 AM – 3:30 PM7:30 AM – 4:00 PM8:00 AM – 4:30 PMNote: Shifts may vary depending on lab needs. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required, but no on-call or standby duties.ResponsibilitiesPerform phlebotomy on inpatients, outpatients, Emergency Department patients, and STAT/timed drawsConduct inpatient rounds and ensure timely blood collectionsProcess specimens and prepare for send-outsAccurately identify patients and specimens in compliance with safety standardsMaintain confidentiality of all patient informationTroubleshoot and document any collection or processing issuesProvide courteous and professional care to all patients and stakeholdersMinimum RequirementsTo be considered, you must submit the following by September 11: Resume showing at least three years of recent phlebotomy experience Phlebotomy Certification Current AHA BLS Certification (American Heart Association)Join a team that truly makes a difference in Veterans' lives.
