Manage In‑Store Marketing: Ensure crucial marketing materials are placed in store break rooms and verify that field packs are being actively used. Gather Field Insights: Perform field research using surveys and structured conversations. Gather critical feedback from store managers or managing directors and report insights using advanced tools like RED AI for transcription.
