Borusan Pipe U.S. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help transform financial and operational data into actionable business decisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, manufacturing finance, inventory, and executive reporting while partnering with leaders across the business.Analyze financial and operational performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Build financial models and management reports Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to generate deeper business insights and improve decision-makingBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field New graduate or 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or analytics Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Curiosity about AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging finance technologies Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and growThis isn't a back-office finance role.
